This Easter, 20 April 205, families can look forward to an impressive array of Easter treats and festive dining experiences. From decadent Egg Beet salads and Easter Egg Chocolate Piñatas to garden-themed brunch with nearly 300 dishes, the hotel restaurants are competing to create the most memorable Easter celebrations. There will be Easter egg hunts and carnivals for children and even the unique experience of mermaid shows. Here’s our brief guide to where you can find interesting Easter treats this year.



Easter Treats at Mandarin Oriental Singapore
Mandarin Oriental Singapore will host special brunches and feature themed desserts from 12 to 27 April 2025.

The hotel’s restaurant embu will serve an Easter brunch on 20 April with several holiday specials. Dishes include Easter Egg Beet with citrus salad, Tandoori Roasted Whole Lamb, and Eggs Benedict with Boston lobster. The brunch costs $258++ per adult with free-flow champagne options, or $168++ without alcohol. Children aged 6 to 12 can dine for $84++.

For families, embu will organise activities including an Easter egg hunt and face painting for children during the brunch service.
Dolce Vita
Italian restaurant Dolce Vita will also offer an Easter brunch featuring Lamb Chops Scottadito and Torta Pasqualina, a traditional Easter pie filled with ricotta and spinach. This brunch is priced at $198++ per person with free-flow prosecco and other beverages.
The Mandarin Cake Shop

The Mandarin Cake Shop has created a selection of Easter-themed desserts available from 12 to 27 April. These include three Easter Egg Chocolate Piñatas filled with chocolate dragees in different flavoured shells: Kunafa pistachio, almond vanilla, or hazelnut praline.
Other dessert offerings include the Easter Chick, a carrot sponge cake with blood orange compote and mascarpone Chantilly, and the Easter Bunny, a pavlova with strawberry rhubarb and mint. Both are priced at $15+ each. The hotel has also created an Easter Nest dessert made with 85% dark chocolate and espresso infusion, also priced at $15+.

Fullerton Hotels Singapore Easter Celebrations

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore will host Easter celebrations on 20 April 2025 featuring special brunches, family activities and themed desserts.
Town Restaurant and Jade

The Fullerton Hotel’s Easter Big Brunch will span across Town Restaurant and Jade, with desserts served at The Courtyard. Town Restaurant will offer international dishes including fresh seafood, sushi and Easter specials like Loaded Beef Shakshuka and Easter Hot Cross Bun Sausage Pie.
Jade will serve Cantonese classics such as Roast Peking Duck alongside themed dim sum. These include Crystal Shrimp Dumplings shaped like jade rabbits and Baked Lotus Paste Egg Yolk Pastries resembling baby chicks.
For children, the East Garden will transform into an Easter carnival featuring arcade games, basketball machines and air hockey. An Easter egg hunt will run from 1 pm. to 2.30 pm., with an Easter bunny mascot entertaining guests.
The Clifford Pier

At The Fullerton Bay Hotel, The Clifford Pier will host an Easter Brunch & Bubbles featuring Six-colour Hainanese Poached Chicken coloured with natural food dyes from beetroot and butterfly pea flower. Other highlights include Italian Suckling Pig Porchetta and tableside-served Pan-seared Foie Gras.
Children’s activities at The Clifford Pier include face painting, caricatures and a bubble show from 1.30 pm. to 2.30 pm.
Both brunches run from 12.30 pm. to 3.30 pm. and are priced at S$168 per adult including free-flowing soft drinks, or S$268 with free-flowing champagne, wines and beer. Children’s tickets cost S$78.
Both hotels are offering early bird discounts of 20% for guests who book their Easter brunch before 31 March.
The Fullerton Cake Boutique

Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu has created five Easter-themed cakes available from 13 to 20 April at The Fullerton Cake Boutique. Each cake costs S$15 and features designs like the Carrot Cottage, Drifting Ducky and Bunny Fluff. Traditional Hot Cross Buns are also available at S$16 for five.

Momentus Hotel Easter Brunch with Mermaid Show

Momentus Hotel Alexandra will host an Easter Buffet Brunch and Pool-side BBQ at its Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie on 20 April 2025. The event features an extensive food selection and entertainment for children, including performances by Singapore’s first professional mermaid.
Food highlights include several roast options such as 48-hour Brine Rotisserie Chicken, Slow Roasted Black Angus Beef Ribs and Acorn-Fed Iberian Pork Tomahawk. A selection of Honey Grain Mustard Gammon Ham will also be available. Seafood offerings feature Boston Lobster, Pacific Oysters and Poached Tiger Prawns served with condiments including Mignonette and Thai Seafood Sauce. The pool-side BBQ section will serve Mutton and Chicken Satay, Miso Glazed Half Shell Scallops and Slipper Lobster Thermidor.

Easter-themed desserts include Egg-shaped Pavlova with lemon curd, Cempedak Crème Brulee and classic Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. A Pink Chocolate Fondue station with Churros, Waffles and fresh fruit adds to the festive atmosphere. Traditional Hot Cross Buns served with Kombu Truffle Butter and freshly baked Easter Braided Bread round out the menu.
Children will enjoy several activities including an Easter egg hunt and a dedicated kids’ corner serving treats like Chocolate Egg Praline, Popcorn and Cotton Candy. The highlight for younger guests will be performances by Syrena, described as Singapore’s first mermaid, along with other mermaid performers.

The mermaids will perform in the hotel’s rooftop infinity pool and also visit the children’s pool to interact with younger guests and share stories. Children attending the brunch will have access to the kid’s pool throughout the event.
The brunch will run from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm at the hotel’s seventh-floor rooftop venue. Adult tickets cost $118++ while children aged 6-11 years can attend for $58++.

Easter Garden Brunch at InterContinental Singapore

InterContinental Singapore will transform into a spring-inspired garden paradise featuring nearly 300 Easter-themed dishes. The Easter event spans the entire first level of the hotel, with LUCE, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan restaurants collaborating on the extensive menu.
Easter in Bloom
The culinary showcase includes ten live stations offering a theatrical dining experience. Seafood highlights feature freshly shucked oysters, snow crab, and Boston lobster. A canapé corner offers bite-sized treats such as Chilled Hokkaido Scallop with soba noodles and Lobster & Foie Gras Sando.

Meat options include unlimited portions of Classic Beef Wellington, Oven-baked Lumina Lamb and Amarone Wine Braised Angus Beef. LUCE contributes Italian specialties like Giant Apulia Burrata Cheese and Risotto in a signature cheese wheel.

Local dishes from The Lobby Lounge include InterContinental’s Signature Laksa, X.O Fried Carrot Cake and various dim sum. Man Fu Yuan provides Chinese delicacies such as Steamed Jade Perch and Peking Irish Duck.
Executive Pastry Chef Jason Goh has created Easter-themed desserts including ‘The Hatter’ Toffee-Nutella Chocolate Cake, ‘Pinkly Bunny’ strawberry mousse cake, and ‘Easter Snow Egg’ with passionfruit and coconut. Live dessert stations feature a chocolate fountain, cotton candy and popcorn.
Easter Wonderland for Children

Children will enjoy a dedicated play area with a 3-metre tall bouncy castle, ball pit, face painting and balloon sculpting. An Easter Egg Hunt offers prizes including a one-night hotel stay valued at $595 and dining vouchers worth up to $150.
The ‘Easter in Bloom’ brunch runs from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Prices start at $208++ per adult with free-flow soft drinks and juices. For $288++, adults can enjoy free-flowing champagne, cocktails, beer and wine. Children’s prices range from $118++ to $158++ based on age.

Little Farms Easter Treats for Families
Families can participate in Easter egg hunts at all Little Farms locations every weekend from 5 to 20 April. Participants have the chance to win chocolate eggs.
Little Farms market and café will feature premium chocolate Easter eggs from brands including Maldon Sea Salt dark chocolate eggs, Love Cocoa’s Billionaire milk chocolate eggs, and Koko Black’s Salted Caramel and Carrot Cake varieties. Other chocolate offerings come from Simon Coll, a Spanish chocolatier with over 180 years of tradition, along with returning favourites Tony’s Chocolonely and Booja Booja, which offers vegan options.
Starter Lab, Little Farms’ in-house bakery, will prepare sourdough hot cross buns with spices and raisins.

For dining, Little Farms is offering an Easter Roast on 19 and 20 April at $48++ per person. The menu features slow-roasted Roaring Forties leg of lamb with rosemary, garlic and cumin, served with mint jelly. A lemon and thyme chicken leg option is also available. Side dishes include roasted heirloom carrots with hazelnut dukkah, Yorkshire pudding and garden salad. Diners can add free-flow wines from Château Gramboy in France for $45.

Pan Pacific Easter Weekend Dining and Family Activities

Buffets at Edge
Pan Pacific Singapore will host Easter celebrations from 18 to 20 April 2025 at its Edge restaurant.
The Easter-themed buffet dinner menu highlights include Sous Vide Kurobuta Pork Loin with Maple Mustard Sauce, Whole Turbot en Papillote and a Seafood Bouillabaisse. Special roasts feature 12 Hours Slow Roasted Gigantic Veal Leg, Grass Fed Leg of Lamb and Honey Glazed House Smoked Virginia Ham. Easter desserts include traditional Simnel Cake, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Red Velvet Mousse and Peanut Butter Bread and Butter Pudding.
A Saturday lunch on 19 April will offer the same menu items as the dinner service.
The Sunday brunch on 20 April adds more luxury items including Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Beet Puree and Caviar, a Seafood on Ice Station and an extensive selection of boutique cheeses.
Children under 12 attending the Sunday brunch will receive complimentary Easter-themed mocktails, chocolates and candies. Activities include an Easter egg hunt, arts and crafts, and a magic show.
Easter dinner is priced at $118 per adult and $59 per child. Saturday lunch costs $108 per adult and $54 per child. Sunday brunch with alcoholic beverages is $238 per adult, or $158 with soft drinks only. Children’s brunch tickets are $79.
Pacific Emporium Easter treats

The hotel’s Pacific Emporium will sell Easter treats from 28 March to 20 April. Items include Carrot Pecan Cake ($70), Traditional Hot Cross Buns ($8), Cream Cheese filled Hot Cross Buns ($12), Mini Foiled Chocolate Eggs ($18) and Flower Pot with Chocolate Coated Almonds ($12).
