Las Palmas at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena has unveiled a refreshed food menu inspired by street-side and beachside flavours. The venue, situated above the Novena skyline, offers poolside rooftop dining with snackable bites and sunset drinks.
Las Palmas positions itself as a distinct alternative for those seeking poolside rooftop dining beyond the city centre. Whether for casual after-work drinks or extended evening sessions, Las Palmas located 33 floors above the Novena neighbourhood, offers escape from city centre density.
New Menu
The new menu for Las Palmas poolside rooftop dining is organised into four distinct sections: Palm Springs Bites, Sandwich Stand, Taco Truck, and New Chinatown. Each reflects different street-side influences, allowing guests to set their own dining pace.
Under Palm Springs Bites, the Mezza Mix ($25) comprises six Mediterranean selections including baby artichoke, hummus, and pearl barley tabbouleh. The Sandwich Stand features the Juicy Kiss ($28), a Los Angeles-style French dip sandwich with house-rub smoked beef brisket, scallion chimichurri, onion pickle, and au jus.
From the Taco Truck, Chick N’ Char ($18) combines lemongrass chicken with cheddar jack, onion, cilantro, lettuce, and lime. Additionally, the New Chinatown section offers Feisty Hen ($18) with Szechuan-spiced chicken popcorn and Release the Kraken ($18), featuring battered baby squid with chinchalok chilli jam and lemon. Churro-rific ($15) provides a sweet finish, with piping-hot churros dusted in five-spice sugar and served with salted peanut and kaya dips.
A Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion applies to selected mains, including Slice Slice Baby ($28), a spread of cold cuts, gherkin, capers, and marinated olives with grilled bread.
Pool & Cabana Package
The poolside rooftop experience centres on the Pool & Cabana Package. Three private cabanas overlook a 20-metre infinity pool. The package costs a minimum of $250 for up to four guests and includes a complimentary bottle of Astoria Prosecco, full pool access, and a dedicated cabana. This offering differentiates Las Palmas from central nightlife venues by providing a more relaxed, crowd-free alternative for daytime leisure and evening entertainment.
Cocktail pricing varies across promotional windows. Sundowner Happy Hour features six classic cocktails at $18, including Whisky Sour, Paloma, Aperol Spritz, Cosmopolitan, Negroni, and Peach Bellini. Spirits with mixers cost $9, beers $10 per bottle or draught, and wines $15 per glass.
Weeknight Twilight runs Tuesdays to Thursdays from 8pm to midnight, offering $10 spirits with mixers and 50 per cent off every second signature cocktail.
