Live stations serve custom-made pizzas and assorted pastas, including rigatoni alla vodka. Guests can also request endless rounds of five exclusive order-to-table main dishes. These options include porchetta eggs benedict, grass-fed steak and eggs, and blueberry pancakes. Finally, staff scoop the signature rum-infused tiramisu tableside.

For example, the live pasta station serves fresh fettuccine tossed with Australian blue swimmer crab, chilli, and garlic oil. The carving station features an eight-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder seasoned with plum salt and macadamia. Additionally, the hot selection includes grilled barramundi with finger lime butter.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore has collaborated with Tourism Malaysia and regional trade offices to present the Flavours of Malaysia buffet. The promotion runs at Food Capital from 1 June to 12 July 2026 to coincide with the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.

The kitchen line-up represents a 10-hands collaboration involving Executive Sous Chef Peter Pang and four guest chefs from Malaysia. Together, they present regional specialities from Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, and Sarawak. This halal-certified feast includes diverse culinary influences, ranging from bold Penang street food to indigenous Bornean traditions. Interactive live cooking stations prepare individual orders fresh for the table.

Lunch is available from Monday to Saturday at $72++ per adult, while dinner prices start from $106++ per adult.

Refreshed Dining Experience at LUCE

LUCE, located inside Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore, has revised its buffet dining format. Chef de Cuisine Giuseppe Di Gaetano has expanded the Italian menu to incorporate more interactive elements.

The evening buffet now features four live stations, an increase from the previous two. At these stations, chefs prepare house-made squid ink tagliolini inside a large Parmesan wheel and assemble the signature LUCE-misu à la minute. The cold spread displays premium seafood on ice, including wild-caught Australian spanner crab and Japanese oysters. Guests can also select artisanal Italian cheeses and 18-month dry-cured Prosciutto di Parma.

Kelong to Table: Seafood Buffet from River to Ocean at CLOVE

CLOVE_Kelong to Table Signature Dishes

CLOVE, located at Swissôtel The Stamford, is hosting a month-long seafood showcase from 1 to 30 June 2026. Named Kelong to Table, the concept is a collaboration between Singaporean Celebrity Chef Eric Teo and Executive Chef Roy Vun.

The menu highlights Singapore’s coastal heritage and traditional fishing communities through dishes sourced “across three waters”. Signature creations include local line-caught threadfin served with Assam curry and fish noodles, as well as rock lobster with creamy Sze Chuan pepper and Avruga caviar. Chef Eric Teo also presents seafood in a rich milk broth, which is simmered for over 90 minutes in a nod to rustic kelong cooking. This promotion marks the beginning of a long-term commitment by the hotel to strengthen partnerships with local fish farmers and homegrown producers.

Aside from the seasonal seafood, diners can access CLOVE’s standard international buffet of over 80 dishes, including a live Swiss Raclette station and fresh salads utilising greens from the hotel’s own urban Aquaponics Farm.

The buffet is inclusive of free flow prosecco, draft beer, soft drinks and juices.
