A Pixar High Tea 70 Floors Up: SKAI

Swissรดtel The Stamford’s 70th-floor venue has launched a limited-time high tea inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story. Running from 1 September to 30 November 2026, the menu blends playful character themes with refined techniques.
Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong and Culinary Director Nicholas Issel lead the kitchen. On the sweet side, guests can try Cowboy Chocolate, a rich hazelnut feuilletine treat topped with a chocolate cowboy hat. Another feature is The Claw’s Choice, a delicate matcha choux filled with house-made orange marmalade.
The savoury offerings include the Potato Head Royale. It pairs smoked russet potato and Comtรฉ gougรจre with black truffle and N25 caviar. Guests can also try the Pretzel Stretch, featuring a Wagyu beef smokie in pretzel brioche.

The tea runs daily from 12.15pm to 5.30pm. It costs $78 per adult and $39 per child, inclusive of TWG Tea, coffee or a themed non-alcoholic cocktail.

Texan Barbecue Meets Local Flavours: Decker Barbecue


Decker Barbecue has opened a second flagship outlet at the Old Bukit Timah Fire Station. The new space moves the brand beyond its original Robertson Quay location into a historic building.

Meats are smoked for up to 12 hours using a imported Texas offset smoker. The expanded menu mixes classic Southern barbecue with local Asian ingredients. During lunch, diners can try the Rendang Brisket Rice Bowl ($20), which pairs smoked brisket with rendang sauce over dirty basmati rice.
Weekend brunch introduces dishes like Shrimp & Grits ($26), a Southern take on local congee served with crispy you tiao. For dinner, sharing platters range from $40 for one person to $288 for six. Diners can mix choices like Wagyu beef brisket and pork spare ribs with local-style sides.

A 10-Year Milestone by the Water: MONTI

MONTI at The Fullerton Pavilion is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a refreshed space and new seasonal menus. The glass dome restaurant has lightly updated its interior and revamped its bar menu for golden-hour aperitivi.
Culinary Associate Director Chef Felix Chong and Chef de Cuisine Chef Andrea Chetta lead the kitchen team. The weekday Colapranzo set lunch features seasonal produce handled with Italian technique. Highlight dishes include Tagliolini ai Ricci di Mare ($38) with fresh sea urchin and Controfiletto di Wagyu A5 Kagoshima ($75).
The 10th Anniversary Communal Menu, featuring classics, present-day signatures and future-forward creations, is available daily for dinner at $138 per person.


For couples, the restaurant offers A Decade of Amore at $158 per couple. The package includes priority table seating, two glasses of prosecco and a keepsake Polaroid photo.

Stout-Infused Cafe Bites: Chye Seng Huat Hardware x Connorโs

Carlsbergโs Connorโs Stout Porter has partnered with Chye Seng Huat Hardware for a limited collaboration running until 1 November 2026. The menu features three creations developed by Head Chef Christina Ee.
The Stout Stack ($30) layers a Wagyu beef patty with slow-caramelised onions infused with stout, served alongside fries. For a smaller bite, The Connorโs Grill ($12) offers smoky grilled chicken skewers paired with stout-infused mayo. Dessert features The Connor’s Affogato ($9.20), combining espresso, vanilla ice cream and stout.

From Monday to Friday after 6pm, ordering any main dish includes a complimentary half-pint of Connor’s. Happy hour runs daily from 6pm to 9pm with full pints at $10.

10th Anniversary Seafood & Cantonese Dining: WOKยฐ15 Kitchen

Located at ONEยฐ15 Marina Sentosa Cove, WOKยฐ15 Kitchen is marking its 10th anniversary with dining discounts and new menu items. Throughout September and October 2026, diners get 10 per cent off all ร la carte orders.
New seafood creations include Passion Fruit-glazed Baked King Prawns and Wok-fried Wagyu Beef Cubes in Foie Gras Sauce. These join signatures like the Classic-style Soon Hock in Slow-simmered Silken Broth.

Families visiting the Weekend Cantonese Dim Sum & Brunch Buffet can join the free Little Dumpling Makers Workshop. The hands-on session takes place at 11am on the last Sunday of September, October and November.

Coastal Rooftop Vibes: Canyon Club
Perched atop Mondrian Singapore Duxton, Canyon Club has launched a new food and cocktail menu inspired by 1970s American nightlife. The drinks list contrasts East Coast and West Coast cocktail cultures.


East Coast options include Granny’s Apple Pie, a milk-washed cocktail made with Maker’s Mark, cinnamon and vanilla. The West Coast selection features Beach Please, combining rum, honey pineapple and coconut meringue.
Executive Chef Kenny Huang has created a new bar snack menu to match the drinks. Sharing plates include Baja Fish Tacos, Crispy Coconut Prawns and the Canyon Signature Smashed Burger. The menu launch coincides with monthly Sunset Socials held on the last Friday of every month from 7pm to 10pm.

Halal Peranakan Buffet Spread: Asian Market Cafรฉ

Fairmont Singaporeโs Asian Market Cafรฉ is featuring Peranakan traditions from 1 September to 15 October 2026. The halal-certified buffet combines traditional recipes with the restaurant’s regular seafood spread.

The central highlight is Chef Ariff’s Signature Assam Pedas Fish in Claypot. The dish simmers market fish head, okra, cabbage and eggplant in a tangy tamarind gravy. One claypot is served per table per bill for lunch and dinner.

Other dishes include Traditional Oxtail Soup, Nyonya Kueh and Durian Penyet. Lunch prices start at $82 per adult on weekdays, while weekday dinner is priced at $98 per adult. Diners can also view merchandise from local illustrator YENIDRAWS at the venue.
