The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2018 Bib Gourmand list has been announced. There are 50 restaurants and hawker stalls in the Bib Gourmand list for 2018, compared to only 38 last year. Among the 17 new entrants are Chuan Kee Boneless Braised Duck at Ghim Moh Market & Food Centre and Lao Fu Zi Fried Kway Teow stall at the Old Airport Road Food Centre.
The MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand list recognises restaurants and street food establishments offering quality cuisines at a maximum price of S$45.
