Le Shrimp Ramen
Le Shrimp Ramen Paragon is a new restaurant by the Paradise Group that opened at the basement of the Paragon Orchard shopping mall in early 2019. It is a new brand within the group and this is the first Le Shrimp Ramen to open in Singapore. According to their website, it is ” (i)nspired by the flavours of Japanese ramen broth and silky threads of Chinese la mian, Le Shrimp Ramen is a perfect marriage of Chinese and Japanese culture, offering a simple menu of elaborate flavours”. Privé at Paragon
Operating daily from 8.30 am to 12.30 am, new cafe Privé at Paragon certainly takes “all-day dining” to a new level. With such long operating hours, this is a cafe which is useful for us to catch breakfast or a late late dinner after normal restaurants close. For guests staying at nearby hotels, Privé Paragon would certainly be one option instead of the expensive hotel breakfast or room service. Read more.

Halcyon & Crane Paragon is a relatively new cafe on level 3. It is vertically sandwiched between 63 Celsius on level 4 and Paul Cafe on level 2. PS Cafe Paragon is also on level 3 a short distance away from Halcyon & Crane. The concentration of hip, trendy cafes in this corner of Paragon Orchard provides a nice variety. The standard of the Crystal Jade dim sum has always been high. Having outlets all over Singapore also makes it easy to find them.
