The popular family-run Huber’s Butchery and Huber’s Bistro at Dempsey Hill has unveiled a refreshed space, complete with a stylish new look with farmhouse aesthetic, expanded offerings and upgraded children’s playground.

Huber’s Bistro offers classic dishes made with the fine ingredients from the butchery. Diners at Huber’s Bistro can now enjoy their meals in a new stylish setting, both indoors and outdoors.
A brand new waterfall garden feature creates a lush ambience, perfect for outdoor picnics or enjoying takeaway meals. There is also a house-grown herb garden offering a fun, educational interactivity for the young and old alike.
Parents can now relax a little longer during their meals. The children’s playground has been upgraded with a mini flying fox zipline and a Swiss Alps-themed climbing wall.
Huber’s Butchery
Stepping into Huber’s Butchery is now an immersive experience. The space boasts a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic, with sleek grey, white and red hues. Staff sport new uniforms designed by local talent Sabrina Goh, adding a touch of local flair.
But the real stars of the show remain the high-quality products. From premium meats sourced worldwide to an extensive selection of cheeses, charcuterie and gourmet condiments, Huber’s caters to discerning palates.
The butchery boasts an impressive range of meats, including:
Classic cuts like beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and veal
Game meats like kangaroo and venison
Plant-based options from GOOD Meat
Natural casing sausages made in-house, free of growth hormones, fillers, and MSG.
Huber’s also offers sliced-to-order meats, marinated options, house-made salads, and ready-to-cook items, making it a one-stop shop for delicious meals.
Beyond the meats, Huber’s offers a trove of pantry staples, fresh produce delivered directly from renowned wholesale markets, barbecue essentials, and over 500 wines from around the globe.
New Amenities
24-hour temperature-controlled lockers have been installed for easy collection of online orders. There is a vending machine which offers quick access to charcuterie, everyday essentials and beverages.
Look out for new recycling stations, an upcoming food composter, electric vehicle charging stations planned for later this year, and solar panels to be installed by July 2024.
