Time flies! One Holland Village just passed its one year anniversary. During the year we have had the chance to make multiple visits to this pet-friendly mall in Singapore’s Holland Village. Here are our list of the best restaurants at One Holland V.
Most Beautiful Restaurant at One Holland Village
Ginkyō by Kinki is described on its website as ” a modern, chic Japanese bistro that surprises your palate with authentic elements combined with contemporary twists, creative techniques, and unique ingredients around the world”. At the restaurant, both the decor and the dishes are pleasing to the eyes. We think that it is the most beautiful restaurant at One Holland Village. For more information, read here.

Best Western Restaurant at One Holland Village (Closed)
Extra Virgin Pizza brings authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to the local dining scene. Its outlet at One Holland Village is their second in Singapore. The restaurant interior has a stylish yet relaxed feel, with a clever blend of materials and pops of colour. (2026 update – this restaurant has closed and a fish and chips restaurant has taken over the space).
We particularly like the Margherita pizza with melted cheese that complemented puffed crust wth charred edges. The contrasting textures and the harmonious blend of flavours made for a satisfying pizza.

Best Japanese Restaurant at One Holland V
In addition to being the most beautiful restaurant, Ginkgo is also our pick for the best Japanese restaurant at One Holland Village. It is quite a pricey restaurant, but we think that the quality of food and service is commensurate with the price.
What to Eat at One Holland Village – Best Dessert Place
The TSUJIRI brand was first established by Mr Riemon Tsuji in 1860 in Kyoto, Japan. He is said to have advanced methods to enhance the flavors and sweetness of the tea and makes the highest quality Gyokuro tea leaves. They are also known for tea related products such as desserts made in tea and other flavours.

What to Eat at One Holland Village – Best All Day Cafe
Caffe Beviamo is an all day dining restaurant with opening hours from 9 am to 8 pm. What to eat at One Holland Village at any time? This is the place for us, especially in-between regular meal times.
This is a popular cafe and it gets crowded at times. Other than that, the food and service are good. Pick a seat at the window and watch the world go by. Read more.
Favourite Chinese Restaurant at One Holland V
There are several Chinese restaurants. Our favourite at One Holland Village needs no introduction – Din Tai Fung. It is convenienty situated on the ground floor and has a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
Of course the main attraction here is the xiao long bao, but there are many other dumplings and noodle dishes. Here are a few pictures from their menu.
