A new destination for fresh beer and wood-fired food has arrived at the gateway of Sentosa. People People Brewing Co. (PPBc) at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) combines a working brewery with a large social hall. The project is a collaboration between prominent industry names. These include Dave Pynt of the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, Loh Lik Peng of Unlisted Collection, and hospitality experts Pete Thew and Jason Moy.

Fresh beer from tank to tap
The brewery focuses on a “tank to tap” system. This means the beer flows directly from five 1,500-litre tanks into custom taps. Guests can watch the entire production process from their tables.

Nick Calder-Scholes, an award-winning brewer, leads the drink programme. He has over ten years of experience in the UK and Australia. The brewery offers four distinct collections:
- Core: Easy-drinking staples like Lager, Pale Ale, and IPA.
- Seasonal: Limited releases based on the time of year.
- Workshop Series: Small-batch beers using experimental techniques.
- Founderโs Reserve: Exclusive batches for brewery members.
Notable pours include the PPBc Lager, brewed with traditional hops for a clean finish. Those who prefer tangy flavours can try the Passionfruit & Yuzu Sour. For fans of bolder tastes, the California IPA offers citrus and tropical notes.
Wood-fired menu by Burnt Ends Hospitality
The food menu draws inspiration from Dave Pynt’s expertise in open-fire cooking. The kitchen uses two primary systems: a Classico oven for pizzas and a Camino open-fire hearth for grilling and rotisserie.

The dishes are designed for sharing and complement the house-brewed beers. Highlights include:
- Miso Beef Short Rib Pizza: Topped with tomato sauce and chimichurri.
- Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken: Basted with herb butter and served with its own juices.
- Salt and Pepper Squid: Tossed with green chilli and served with lemon aioli.

A space for the community
The venue caters to different group sizes. It seats 180 people but can host up to 400 for standing events. The layout bridges indoor and outdoor areas, creating a casual environment for families and sports fans alike.

Weekly programming keeps the space active throughout the month:
- Woodfire Wednesdays: Mid-week sessions focused on the open-fire kitchen.
- Thirsty Thursdays: Guided brewery tours and tastings with the head brewer.
- Saturday Long Lunch: Two-hour free-flow drink packages with live entertainment.
- Sunday Socials: Family-oriented days where children can eat for free.
Location and access
A common question for visitors is whether they must pay the Sentosa entry fee. Fortunately, the brewery is located at WEAVE within Resorts World Sentosa. This area sits before the Sentosa gantry.
Visitors do not need to pay the island entry fee to visit. A dedicated Grab drop-off point is also available directly outside the entrance for convenience.
