Taking a page from Google Trends, we thought we can try to gauge the prevailing interest in a particular restaurant or café in Singapore by the current popularity of our restaurants & cafes posts and reviews. Our chart of the Trending Restaurants & Cafes in Singapore lists the eateries that have been attracting the most interest in the last 7 days.
The list is not a measure of the overall popularity of the various eating places but is an indication of the relative popularity of our blog posts with regard to those places. Such a list may be only somewhat useful now and we will need to improve the way the list is constructed over time. Nevertheless, it is a start and we hope it can become a convenient and helpful reference tool. Afterall, Google started when two students had an idea for a search engine and worked on it in a dorm room.
