According to the Capitaland website, “Hanok is a spin-off brand by Masizzim, serving up the same well-loved stews and traditional Korean side dishes – but with no pork or lard”. Dishes served at this Korean restaurant include Shabu-Shabu, mixed-grain Rice Balls, Egg Rolls and crispy Pancakes.

Bijin Nabe (Tsukada Nojo) Westgate #03-04

Tsukada Nojo is known for their Japanese hotpot known as Bijin Nabe, well known for its chicken collagen pot or Beauty Collagen Pot. The magic potion is apparently their soup stock which is made from boiling the bones of some special breed of chickens in Japan and transported to Singapore. TANYU (探鱼)Charming Grilled Fish is an interesting restaurant in the basement level of Westgate. The decor is quirky and unusual and their specialty is grilled fish. It is a restaurant chain from China with more than 180 outlets in major cities in China. TANYU opened its first overseas flagship store in Singapore in 2017 at Somerset 313.
