Singapore is turning 61 this August, and restaurants across the island are celebrating with special National Day menus. The upcoming SG61 F&B promotions highlight local culinary roots through a mix of heritage dishes, nostalgic hawker adaptations and unique dining experiences. Those planning for office celebrations or drop-off dining will also find there are special SG61 deals.

Altro Zafferano

Perched on the 43rd storey of Ocean Financial Centre, Altro Zafferano presents two limited-time menus that blend Italian cuisine with Singaporean flavours. The early evening Sunset Menu ($88++ per person) features a choice of main courses, including Braised Kampong Chicken Ravioli with satay sauce or Wild Turbot with a laksa beurre blanc.
Starting from 7pm, the five-course National Day Menu ($198++ early bird, $248++ regular) includes access to the Terrace Lounge for fireworks viewing. The meal includes Chutoro Tuna Tartare and European Lobster before moving into local-infused options. A Gula Melaka Pannacotta concludes both menus.

Eden Restaurant

Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard is hosting a month-long celebration titled “Reimagined National Day Flavours”. Executive Chef Eric Seow re-engineers street-food into upscale dishes. The lunch menu is available as a two-course ($38++) or three-course ($48++) experience, while dinner is a four-course ($88++) affair.
Featured items include the Eden Dried Bak Kut Teh, which pairs slow-braised pork ribs with a garlic confit Bรฉarnaise sauce. Diners can also opt for the Assam Nyonya Fish using monkfish cheek, or the Wagyu Beef Rendang Parmentier layered under potato mousseline. Accor Plus Explorer members receive a 30 per cent discount throughout August.

Led by Executive Chef Jacky Zhang, the hotel’s culinary team injects creative, bold reinterpretations into local flavors across two dining venues.

Cafรฉ 2000 ($61 nett per adult): This all-day dining restaurant features unique creations such as the sweet-and-savoury Rojak Infused Crispy Chicken, the buttery Beef Rendang Wellington, an aromatic Fermented Durian (Tempoyak) Crab, and Chempedak Prawn with Curry Mayonnaise.
The Buffet Restaurant ($53.80++ per adult): Highlighting Singapore’s rich Peranakan and cosmopolitan food culture, the spread features Oven Roasted Striploin with Assam Pedas, Grilled Stingray with Homemade Sambal, Nyonya Laksa, and Durian Pengat.
At The Buffet Restaurant, for every group dine-in of four adults, one adult aged 61 years old will enjoy a 61% discount (limited to one per group).

This National Day, gather the family for a leisurely brunch at Racines. Discover Singaporeโs rich culinary history through a Straits-inspired feast. Patrons can enjoy an exclusive 1-for-1 promotion on adult prices.

In the city, Bedrock Bar & Grill offers a Tomahawk Celebratory Set ($288++) suitable for three to four diners. The package includes a 1.5kg applewood-grilled Tomahawk steak, two sides and two desserts. On 9 August, the restaurant also serves a special lunch edition of its Steak Frites for $61++ per person.


Over at Sentosa, Bedrock Origin presents a 61-day Dry-aged Wagyu Striploin ($161++ for 600g) throughout the month. Families can also book The Harvest Table Bottomless Brunch ($78++ per person) on Sundays and public holidays, where one adult dines free with every six paying adults.

Located within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Park Side is introducing two limited-time (1 to 31 August) brunch dishes that give local classics a Western twist. The Otah Quiche ($28) packs a seafood medley into an otah egg custard baked in a kaffir lime shortcrust. Meanwhile, the Lor Bak Eggs Benedict ($26) utilizes soy-braised pulled pork topped with sriracha hollandaise on sourdough.
The restaurant is also offering “Rent-A-Picnic” packages starting from $70 for two people. These sets provide four hours of picnic equipment alongside food items like chicken bites and burgers, allowing guests to dine on the lawns.

Japanese Wagyu specialist Fat Cow introduces the Nihon Wagyu Championship Cut platter ($128++) to mark the occasion. The platter allows diners to compare three distinct Japanese Wagyu lineages side by side: Kuroge Washu, Akaushi and Tankaku Washu. The latter two represent rare breeds that will become permanent additions to the menu.
On 9 August, the restaurant is also serving a National Day cocktail named Fat Cow SG 61 ($26++), which is a Negroni-inspired pour using whisky. New standalone steaks, such as the Tankaku Wagyu A Grade Steak ($108++), will also debut.

- Sambal Scotch Egg ($16): A spicy, textural rework of the British classic. A soft-boiled egg is encased in sambal and coconut-spiced chicken, coated with coconut panko, and deep-fried until golden. - Chempedak Pudding ($18): Closing on a sweet tropical note, this dish features an aromatic chempedak sponge pudding paired with coconut white chocolate, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and toasted coconut flakes.
