The Summerhouse, a dining destination set inside a 1930s former Royal Air Force bungalow at Seletar Aerospace Park, has completed a major revamp. First established by 1-Group in 2016, the conserved colonial estate now features ten updated dining and community spaces. The layout spans three main venue concepts – Botanico, Wildseed Café, and Wildseed Bar.

What is New at Botanico?

Located on the upper floor of the colonial bungalow, Botanico has transitioned into a farm-to-table Italian concept centered on home-style cooking. The restaurant uses fresh herbs harvested daily from the estate’s own 20-species edible Garden Beds, alongside produce sourced from local farms.
Botanico Menu Highlights

- Nonna-Style Pot (Weekly Rotating): Features continuous refills of a weekly rotating pasta dish. The rotation includes Fusilli Al Bronzo, Truffle Gnocchi, Kelong Prawn Ravioli, and Linguine Vongole. A September launch promotion offers this deal at $10++ per person.
- The Carrello Brunch (Weekends): An à la carte buffet sequence priced at $60++ per person (minimum two guests). The meal begins with a morning herb basket and dips, followed by small plate trolley service, Parmigiano wheel pasta service, wood-fired mains (such as Kelong Sea Bass, 24-hour Beef Cheek, and Inka Smoked Iberico Pork), and a dessert trolley.
- Special Events & Dining Spaces: Includes Italian Wine Journey Dinners starting from 17 October, alfresco dining at The Verandah, and private corporate dining at The Orchid Room.
