Hawker centres open early in the morning and provide sustenance for those who need a nice local breakfast in Singapore at an affordable price. There are too many choices in this category but these are the two places always on my mind.
Boon’s Noodles Mee Hoon Kueh
Boon’s Noodles is a ban mian hawker stall opened by Raffles Institution alumnus Chan Boon Wee. The noodles, which include hand torn Mee Hoon Kueh, You Mian and Ban Mian, are made fresh. You can actually see them making the hand torn mee hoon kueh at the stall. Read more.
