Visited this place twice. Both visits had bad experiences with the middle aged woman wearing pink shirt, whom I assumed is the supervisor. Belligerent supervisor with appalling customer service skill. First visit, mistake made by dim sum stall. Second visit, mistake made by roasted meat stall. Both times, she pushed the mistakes away and gave nonsensical reasons and solutions. No wonder the bespectacled man at the roasted meat stall can talk loud and rude to customer. There are definitely other places in Leisure Park to better spend your money to have an enjoyable meal. ( Hennessy Hong Kong Food Hall }.
Months later I go back I still see the lady & the rude staff still at the mall still working , I am wondering why is the Management of this company still keep & employ this kind of staff in the F&B industry no wonder the mall at leisure Kallang park is so quiet.
Very disappointing in this kind of Management company who doesn’t understands what is actual meaning of delivering customer service satisfaction ???????
