Millions unite for one hour, switching off non-essential lights to show their commitment to protecting our planet.

The Orchard Hotel Singapore will dim the lights and turn up air conditioning temperatures to mark Earth Hour on 23 March 2024 from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The hotel and its restaurants also have special promotions to help illuminate the importance of protecting our planet.
The Orchard Cafe is offering a special Candlelight Buffet Dinner for just $60. Enjoy a romantic ambiance while supporting a good cause. They’ll also have hour pour wine for only $6.
Over at the Bar Intermezzo, guests can mark Earth Hour with a Sustainable Mojito or Plant-Based Burger, each priced at only $6. And for a truly eco-friendly option, grab a coffee or tea for just $0.60.

Eat green for Earth Hour at IKEA Swedish Restaurant
Mark Earth Hour 2024 by enjoying an affordable plant-based meal at IKEA Swedish Restaurant.
IKEA Singapore will be switching off all non-essential lights at IKEA Swedish Restaurant from 8.30 pm, for an hour, to commemorate Earth Hour on 23 March 2024. There will be a live performance by IKEA co-workers while the lights are switched off. Children will also receive glow-in-the-dark accessories from 8 pm (while stocks last).
Additionally, IKEA Singapore will donate $2 for every purchase from the Earth Hour plant-based menu at IKEA Swedish Restaurant throughout the day. The donations will support the School Goodie Bag programme by Food from the Heart, a monthly distribution of essential food items to students who are receiving financial assistance from schools. IKEA Family members can even enjoy the plant-based dishes at exclusive prices.
