There has been major changes over the years to the Star Vista restaurants line-up. To assist our readers to decide what to eat at Star Vista, this is our 2019 list of some of the best Star Vista restaurants and food places. It includes some new restaurants and some that have been there since the beginning. We have added pictures of sample portions of menus and lunch time offers and links to our reviews, if we have them. Star Vista is an extra-ordinary building next to the Buona Vista MRT Station. It is a collaboration between Capitaland and New Creation Church. Essentially, the building is a 5,000 seat auditorium perched on top of three levels of restaurants and retail stores. The Star Theatre in The Star Performing Arts Centre (The Star PAC) is the venue for Sunday services. The Star PAC is an arts and culture venue for Singapore generally. Concerts are sometimes held there.

Beauty in the Pot
Famous hotpot restaurant Beauty in the Pot of the Paradise Group is a new comer to Star Vista. They take over part of the space that used to be occupied by the food court (the rest of that space is occupied by DIY store, MR DIY). The restaurant is a late-dining option as it opens till 3 am.

Le Shrimp Ramen

Redman by Phoon Huat
Redman by Phoon Huat is a really interesting place. They specialise in baking supplies and you can find all kinds of baking paraphenalia at Star Vista. The store is also a mini-supermarket and sells a limited amount of fresh produce. Their meat section looks particularly interesting and provides an alternative to Cold Storage in basement 1. They also have a modest read-to-eat food section. The items are mostly donburi – Japanese style rice bowls.

Star Vista Lunch Time Free Parking
Finally, to make it even more attractive to have lunch at Star Vista, the mall currently offers free lunchtime car-parking for 3 hours on Monday to Friday (12 noon to 3 pm). From our experience it is best to avoid visiting Star Vista during its peak hours which are during Sundays when the church is functioning. Rates may change – you can check carpark rates on the Mall’s website.
